Product

he processing of the glass-fiber reinforced plastic for the manufacturing of isothermal and refrigerating superstructures cannot be improvised manually or approximatively, but has to be the result of serious and productive research.

It must be said in advance that glass-fiber reinforced plastic products are not manufactured on the basis of a subassembly, but are formed from chemicals: liquid resin and glass fibers. The plastic coating is thus ‘created’ by the manufacturer and so the quality of the superstructure mainly depends on this technology, which makes the product so unique.

The sandwich-panels structure is realised by means of large moulds (matrices); and a warm press allows to exert pressure evenly on the entire surface, so that higher mechanical and isothermal resistance can be achieved.

For each superstructure, an individual project is developed and the client’s wishes examined in order to provide a customized service.
