The MEGA TRAILER #1 FRC UNITRANS is the most technologically advanced and cutting-edge vehicle on the market, designed specifically for air cargo pallet transport. Its floor and sidewalls special structure with two different heights, with over 100 m3 of internal available volume, allows up to 3-4 JUMBO pallets to be transported, with obvious cost savings and limited environmental impact.

Use of special composite and insulating materials has allowed UNITRANS to establish a primacy so far never achieved, obtaining the FRC (-20 ° C) with a coefficient “K” of 0.39 W / m²K. Standard outline description

  • Reinforced floor panel for pallet loading. Mega-trailer special floor structure and execution
  • Floor with “nose” in stainless steel
  • Stainless steel plate on rear floor part connected with rear frame and shaped for the roller tracks
  • Pallet stopper on the floor
  • Floor with 4 Joloda roller-tracks completely recessed in the floor and connected to control unit (placed at the leften side of the semi-trailer) which divides the same into 4 zones
  • Pair of false wheel arch for axle (70 mm)
  • Anti-slippery Marothaan floor coating
  • Aluminium kick-plate, H. 300 mm from the floor, recessed on the side walls and front wall panels
  • Stainless steel lashing track recessed in the side walls, with position to be defined
  • Stainless steel plate 12/10 on the side walls, from the lashing track to the kick plate
  • Reinforced front wall panel for the refigeration unit fitting
  • Maximum clearance full swing double rear door, EST type, with 2 locks and 4 hinges per door
